The  Central Training Institute (CTI) , Nayagaon Jabalpur (M.P.) also conducts two/four weeks vocational training programs for Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech./MCA/MBA students of various polytechnics/ engineering and management colleges. Admission in vocational training course is subjected to limited numbers of seats and a proper MoU signed with college. However, vocational training cannot be guaranteed and depends upon availability.

Internship and Vocational Training for B.E. (Computer Sc /IT ) and MCA Students:

Training may be arranged under Head (IT) of the company in IT cell depending upon the availability of seats. The trainees may learn about Data Center, SCADA Project, ERP, RMS, AMR,GIS  and application software being used in Company.

Internship and Vocational Training for MBA  (HR /Finance) Students :

for HR STUDENTS: topics related to HR Planning, HR Development, Training effectiveness, human performance enhancement, Employee welfare, ERP, Total quality management, ISO 9001 , Recruitment and selection, Performance appraisal system etc

for FINANCE STUDENTS topics related to capital budgeting, ADB loan , Project financing, investment appraisal system, RAPDRP Billing, Power purchase, revenue accounts, financial statement making,  works accounts , Audit etc

Industrial training  refers to work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation in Engineering or MBA. Industrial training in practice schools is an essential component in the development of the practical and professional skills required for an engineer/manager  and aid to prospective employee for the future employment.

We also consider that developing an awareness of general workplace behavior and interpersonal skills are important objectives of industrial training experience at Practice schools. Aim and the major of industrial training objectives at CTI are:

1. to get a feel of the work environment.

2. to use the experience gained from the industrial training in discussions held in the lecture rooms.

3. to apply the student”s knowledge taught in the lecture rooms in real industrial situation.

4. to gain experience in writing reports in respect of what you got during the industrial training.
