• As per requirement of ISO certification there are two internal auditors and one lead auditor in CTI. The internal auditors under the supervision of lead auditor conduct quarterly quality audit of CTI and submit reports to Management Representatives. Based on quarterly internal quality audit the further continuation of ISO certification to CTI is given by external auditors and certification agency.

  There are monthly meetings with Management Representatives and based on the observations corrective actions and preventative actions are taken. There is process of continual improvements in training standard.
